Let’s face it, you want the best for your kids. Well, we do too! In an era where early specialization is becoming more and more common for young athletes, we are focused on providing a well-rounded program that will allow kids to excel in multiple areas.
Very few athletes thrive when they are thrust into early specialization, especially in regard to most team sports such as football, soccer, baseball, basketball, etc. Conversely, kids who develop a multitude of athletic skills and qualities throughout their youth prove to be more enduring and more talented athletes in later years (high school, college, and beyond).
With an emphasis on the fundamentals, our general sessions provide an inclusive and engaging atmosphere where kids can hone their athletic abilities. We focus on age-appropriate qualities like speed, agility, strength, power, mobility, and coordination, and we develop these skills through task-based challenges, games, and drills that expose kids to a wide variety of movements and abilities. We want your kids to leave each class sweating, smiling, and armed with skills that will prepare them for future development!
Small Group Training (3-5 youth per group)
Groups are formed with the youth’s age, skill level, and objectives in mind. Once the group is determined, they will be paired with one of our skilled coaches who will develop a unique 5-week program designed to achieve their goals. As with the general sessions, there will be an emphasis on the fundamentals but in a more focused setting. Speed, agility, strength, power, mobility, and coordination will be incorporated at an appropriate intensity to help prepare your kids to compete at a higher level.

General: $74/month (no minimum commitment)
Small group training (3-5 youth per group): $250 + tax/10 classes
