With a background as a college softball player, I developed a strong foundation in weight training and performance-focused programming early on. That experience sparked my passion for fitness because I know how impactful structured training can be, not just physically, but mentally. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. My approach focuses on meeting you where you’re at, building a strong foundation, and creating progress that’s both realistic and sustainable. I’m here to guide you, support you, and push you in a way that builds confidence—not fear. Outside of the gym, I love staying active in ways that bring balance to my life. You can usually find me riding horses, hiking, golfing, or spending time shopping. I believe movement should enhance your lifestyle, not take away from it—and I love helping my clients find that same balance.
