I never expected to become a coach, but when I was asked and encouraged to step into the role, I took the leap—and I’m so glad I did! Coaching has brought me so much joy, especially getting to help women feel strong, confident, and supported on their fitness journey. I love meeting new people and being a part of their transformation. I teach kickboxing every Tuesday and Thursday, and I invite you to come try it out! My classes are a mix of great workouts, fun energy, and a welcoming atmosphere. No matter your fitness level, I’ll help you get started, get set up, and feel comfortable every step of the way. There’s no judgment here—just a community of women lifting each other up. My coaching style is all about encouragement and empowerment. I’ll push you to grow stronger, not just physically but mentally too. My favorite part of coaching is watching women realize they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible. I stay motivated by joining competitions—they keep me on track and I love the camaraderie with the girls. We cheer each other on, laugh a lot, and challenge ourselves in the best ways.
